CME credits (ECMEC) have been requested to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Most of the participants from outside Russia are required to obtain Russian visa to enter the country. Simple tourist visa is sufficient for participants of the Seminar and needs less time to process. To apply for a tourist visa, participants will need a hotel voucher and pre-booked tickets.
Most of the hotels offer visa support: while booking the room, it is necessary to note that a person will need not only a hotel voucher but also a visa support document. When a person arrives and checks-in at the hotel, the reception staff will ask to leave the passport for 24-hours to register the person in the Migration Service of Saint Petersburg for the whole period of staying.
With documents from the hotel and tickets the participant can apply for the Russian visa in the Russian Embassy, Russian Consulate or Visa Center (depending on the country and the city).
