27 Aug A chance to win an award! Call for abstracts
The Abstract Review Committee will choose from all the abstracts submitted, the highest scoring abstracts and award the following:
- James Trussell Award for Young Scientists will provide a special platform for oral presentations by young scientists. Abstracts submitted for this award MUST be written and presented by the first author who should be under 35 years of age at 13th May 2020 and in a training, or a non-professorial, non-consultant grade.
- Best Free Communication Award. Some abstracts will be selected as Free Communications (FC) and will mainly be Incorporated Into the congress sessions although some separate FC sessions are held. These will be assessed for the Best Free Communication Award.
- Best Poster Award. Authors for the Best Poster Award will be asked to make their poster presentation during designated lunch time and break sessions.
Each awardee will be awarded:
– Best Free Communication Award: 500 euro (or 2 x 250 Euro if two winners)
The James Trussell Award for Young Scientists, the Best Free Communication Award, the Best Poster Award will be announced during the Closing Ceremony (Friday 15 May 2020, 17:00 – 18:30)
Call for abstracts (Deadline: 7 October 2019)
The Organising and Scientific Committee of the 16th Congress of the European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health invite all those involved in any aspect of contraception, sexual and reproductive health to actively participate by submitting abstracts, either for oral or poster presentation. All abstracts will be evaluated and those accepted will be published in a Supplement of the European Journal of Contraception and Reproductive Health Care.
