22 Apr FSRH launches new five year international strategy
FSRH recognises that access to good quality sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) is a human right, and that globally there is a high unmet need for contraception. The FSRH International Committee works to translate and promote the products to an international audience, supporting them to deliver high quality SRH.
FSRH plans a short webinar with Dr Nicky Morgan, chair of the International Committee at 19:00 – 20:30 on Wednesday, 28 April, held online on Zoom. She will be joined by expert speakers as they reflect and explore key themes in our strategy and next steps.
Three key areas will be discussed:
• Knowledge exchange – providing training and opportunities for healthcare professionals based outside of the UK, to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes around SRH provision.
• Sustainability – growing our international reach and membership and secure sources of funding.
• System change – supporting partnerships for local delivery and engage with global networks, working together to both learn and offer our expertise.
