World Contraception Day 2024 is Empowering Choices, One Decision at a Time
According to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), 9% of women worldwide have an unmet need for contraception (with a range from 15% in the least developed regions and 75% in the more developed). Only 50% of women worldwide use a contraceptive method and among them, 46% use a modern method1.
